The problem
Bring technician discovery, service bookings, and communication into a single application for customers and service providers.
My contribution
Worked on the technician-hiring platform and its engineering documentation. The project combines service workflows with recommendation functionality.
How it was built
- React interfaces connect to Supabase authentication, PostgreSQL, and storage, with role-based dashboards and Row-Level Security.
- The application includes service listings, booking workflows, reviews, administrative approvals, and real-time chat.
- Weighted KNN recommendations support service discovery alongside browsing and service listings.
- Documentation includes data-flow, entity-relationship, use-case, sequence, component, and architecture diagrams, along with a test plan.
